Updating the cookbook for patrons

Cookbook is required to work with custom recipes from S&S. Does not contain the recipes themselves, they can be downloaded separately

Can find all the recipes for the book on our page by tag Recipe Download and Functional Drinks

Also you will find a special shelf for it if you want to hang in your kitchen. Shelf has 7 color options for different tastes and interiors. If you want to add more colors, you can write to us or do it yourself. Please just don't re-upload our files (they require frequent updates from our side)

How to install:

👉download the file and place into your Mods folder

👉download the recipes (separately) you would like and place these into your Mods folder

👉You can place recipes and the book in subfolders

In game you can find Cookbook S&S in the small appliances section in the kitchen. Place the cookbook anywhere on lot ( you can put it on our special shelf ). Click on the book - a menu with recipes will open and you will be able to cook!

most likely, the game does not see the book because it is too deep in your subfolders

When I click "Cook With" it's greyed out. and i have to force reset my game. And also when I click "Buy now" it does the same thing. any idea what that could be?

I've deleted and redownloaded 14x my other mods n scripts work but I still cant locate the cookbook. I checked small appliance not there. I even searched in the search bar. Could anyone please advise?

Hi! Check out our recipes on a clean game, with no other mods to identify the problem. If there is a mistake only with our book and recipes - write to us in private messages or by email, I will help if there is a mistake on our part. But most likely you have a conflict in the game with other mods

When I click the option for bake items in the cookbook it auto closes and triggers my last exception mod! I ended up removing all other food mods I use and it no longer triggers the exception but, nothing happens still when I click bake in the cookbook :)

it's very strange. It's hard for me to say why this menu doesn't work in your game. It looks like a conflict with something. You can send us an exception file by email, I will try to find the reason

I clicked on Curseforge and it takes me to "Cookbook S&S 27.09". I'm sorry for any inconveniences, but I'm just a little lost. Thank you for all you do. I love all your mods.

I think they have not updated this site, 27.9 sounds later then 20.8 in my mind. Hope that helps, and hope I am right. Same happened for me ^^

There may be different reasons for this, I can't immediately say why it doesn't work. Write us an email with a photo of exactly how you have the book installed and the recipes for it, then I will be able to advise you something

Hey, I love your Mods!! I just noticed that I get a LE from the recent CookBook. After checking, it was found that there is an invalid tuning with the package object IngredientTray_Eggs. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks :)

Hi! It's strange, there are no errors in the book - we always check the book very carefully before release. Try to test it on a clean save without other mods.

Hi I've been having an issue with the cookbook lately. When i click on the lunch&Dinner option nothing happens but all the other options are fine

most likely, then the problem is not in the book itself, but in the recipe that should appear in this menu- for example, it is broken. Make sure that the files are located correctly, maybe there are some duplicates in the folder or the files are too deep in the folder with mods- Then the menu can't load.

Thank you for getting back to me. What could I be missing? I downloaded the updated bulk download. Does that not include the lunch and dinner recipes? Also, if im using the custom ingredients, do i need the SRSLY cooking mod or just the realistic cooking mod?

You don't need to download anything else for our recipes and cookbook. They are compatible with any mods.

Hi! Yes, 2.10 is currently the latest version and it does not cause errors. Try to check on a clean game without other mods to make sure what exactly is the matter.

The cookebook works, but it's the custom recipes that are causing it for me. I think the book might need an update to accommodate the newer things. or the recipes need an update.

The book is in order! if this file causes errors, make sure that there is no old version of the book left inside.

A cookbook is needed for recipes, a mod is needed for new products, but it is not required.

Recipes for this menu have not yet been released - one of them will be released this month😜

options appear only when you have the necessary recipes for them installed. If you do not have content for toddlers installed, the menu will not be visible in the book
