Yay new show vote! I wanted to add a little mix to our genre with this vote so it definitely looks a little different! The Mods have an entire list of everything recommended so if you don't see your favorite small show on here I promise it will get added eventually! Poll ends Monday! (Band of Brothers will most likely be on our next small show vote! Just wanted to mix this one up a little!)

Voted for Adolescence since it is an actual limited series. Severance and Fallout great shows but aren’t small — they have multiple seasons.

Ya, the idea was to keep it under 20 episodes to qualify, plus it gave Licha a chance to catch up on series that are still in production. Maybe she just watches Adolescence without a poll like she did with A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms since it's only 4 episodes and she expressed a desire to check it out. Don't quote me, but Licha, if you're reading, just do the power move and watch Adolescence when ya feel like it.

I voted Adolescence. I liked Severance S1 but lost interest in S2. I will give it another try with your reaction. Glad that Band of Brothers most likely on next small show vote. Thanks. My top choice. If max # of episodes for short series were 24, Andor would be a "small show." I know arbitrary but I've seen that break. Short series (24 eps or less) vs long series (more than 24 eps).

Watching Andor before any Star Wars movies would be wild . Imagine the comments from Star Wars purists, they would have a melt down. I'd love to see it.

I just watched a reaction to Andor very recently completed by LM Reactions (2 females in their late 20s). The only other Star Wars they had seen was a single movie = New Hope. They did react to Rogue One after Andor. Yeah, good point and agree, interesting seeing the difference in comments of SW purists vs casual viewers.

I haven't seen Adolescence, it sounds rather generic. I would hope for some cool twists or juicy drama and conflicted characters. Fargo might be cool, probably too many guns and american vibes for my taste. Severence is worth a watch for the concepts and amazing acting alone. Only show on the vote I have seen. But it's a little overhyped imo. Maybe I would understand the depth on a rewatch a little better. Tried Fall Out before, really didn't like how the violence was portrayed. Maybe it's 'funny' if you played the games? idk.

I feel BoB would be tough to beat in any small show poll, Firefly might be the only 20 episodes or less show that could challenge. Part of me wonders if Band of Brothers should appear on a poll after she sees Saving Private Ryan at some point. Not that it's needed, but seems like a natural starting point.

Adolescence is far from generic because of its form alone. Fantastic character work and a deeply affecting story. Plus it's so relevant that in the UK it was made free for viewing after the prime minister backed the idea. It's also pretty scary because of how real it is.

The problem with watching Andor before seeing the films (at least some of them) is that you can't appreciate just how good and different it is to the other SW content. In my opinion the best thing coming out of this universe.

Andor is my favorite SW content. For those who have never watched SW and want to watch Andor and SW generally, I suggest the following start order: -Andor (1st) -Rogue One (2nd) -Original trilogy (3rd)

Severance and Fall Out are cool but Fargo is a masterpiece. Haven't heard of Adolescence maybe i should look into it.

Severance is great, but Fargo is such a masterpiece. Also severance is still ongoing, unlike Fargo which is complete (anthology series like true detective). i voted for Fargo, but the cast is just fantastic, and its just so damn good.
