I don't know who to trust so I'm choosing to trust no one... (this was such a fire movie)

Even though Lando technically “betrayed” Han Solo he had no other options because we didn’t see what happened when the empire arrived Lando could of tried attacking the empire but when you had Darth Vader arrived he couldn’t do anything else.

I was thinking the same thing! There's really not much you can do when Darth Vader pulls up tbh

Deke

Cope harder girl. LOL

Ya, you can also add that Lando tried to get them to leave when they first showed up, he rejected their request to land and fired shots across their bow. He was trying to warn them.

Get a fan (metal ones work best) and say "Luke I am your father" to channel the energy of every kid that grew up watching these movies.

I’ve never seen anyone refuse to believe the plot twist this hard in this movie lolol

tbh I think coming from asoiaf it’s lowkey a fair doubt to have, so much false parentage stuff goin on in that series lol

Licha Reacts!

I think I'm slowly coming to terms with it... but now I'm just mad I didn't guess it first 😂😂 (also yes i blame asoiaf for making me trust no one LOL)

Deke

Can confirm

Except when it comes to the resource‘"senior staff’ , Darth Vader isn't quite so calculating. I think he's a little too wasteful with that resource. :-)

I see why you like asoiaf so much lol i fear Star Wars are kids movies. This one was pretty dark for a kids movie though, Luke's amputation and that whole fight scene is really intense.

Dirk Diggler

Your suspicions about Darth Vader's claim to be Luke's father were widely shared at the time the film was released. That's why about 200 Star Wars fans and I slept on the sidewalk in San Francisco the night before Return of the Jedi came out to get tickets for the opening show the next day, before the mystery was spoiled.
