I’m sorry but I don’t feel a shred of sympathy for Ulf anymore. Like he can’t follow one simple instruction. Honestly he deserves to be berated, because any other soldier would be if they did the things Ulf did. And the audacity to burn down a town full of innocent people just because you’re angry is ridiculous lol 🙄 but i do agree tho honestly both team green and team black suckkkkkk rn and both sides should just burn

My boy Aegon got Rhaenyra hyperventilating and schizo-posting about prophecies no one cares about lmaoooo

I don’t think that strategically placed custom built beehive made of hay was intended to be a good hiding spot, I think people were being forced into those in case of dragonfire😂

TEAM GREEN

Luuk

Hope after the 5 main books and maybe the dunk and egg ones you'll also read Fire & blood!

Daemon and Gwayne actually already met all the way back in season 1 during the tourney, being pitted against each other in a joust

Any character rankings? Also, so far do you like GOT better than HOTD? I don’t think it’s even close. GOT way better IMO.

Jr

Also, are you back on team green? #goAlicent!!

Ulf is such a moron, he got everything he had been dreaming of and he chose to disrespect and disobey every person and order possible. He infuriates me with his choices and on top of that he chose to burn a city of innocents because he felt disrespected. Just wow...

Did anyone else cry immediately when the butterflies surrounded Alicent? So beautifully done.

Kemi Stanton

I actually cried during the moment she tells Rhaenyra about the beetle and realises Rhaenyra doesn't truly care. Helaena was so gentle and cherished even the smallest little lives and found beauty in things nobody paid attention to, and for her whole sad life nobody ever truly cared about the things she cared about. Not even Alicent. Not even for a moment.

The theme regarding the Faith of the Seven and the Targaryens is a recurring topic throughout the entire Targaryen reign, constantly leading to conflicts—especially due to the Targaryens' repetitive way of resolving them. 'We want to rule Westeros; your gods apply here, the rules make sense, and the Faith applies to everyone—except for us Targaryens, because different standards apply to us.' Is this this supposed to be meant to be an analogy to American exceptionalism?
