Modular NPCs (Patreon)

Been workin hard the past couple days on a test for modular NPCs.

Basically, we'll be able to make a bunch of NPCs by swapping out different parts to get different results. This will only be used for hub worlds to fill them with NPCs instead of making hundreds of unique ones.
