Ah, more innocent times, when corruption was seen as a bad thing and not flown in the face of everyone who are too apathetic to do anything about it. Good seeing Ahsoka be a mentor to the other kids here; which in days gone by, where Jedi were "peace-keepers", worlds would see more of them helping inspire the populace. Unlike at this time where they are now mainly warriors. And Ahsoka in particular hasn't had much experience at being anything other than a soldier. Snips is beginning to grow up though, she's still raw, but she represents the best of the next generation of Jedi. The kids are very naive though and think they can change everything all by themselves, which leads to problems for them. However it also does kind of work in finding out who is behind all this corruption. (No wonder Star Wars is recognised as a fantasy!) Yes, yes you are very clever Teegan, we saw that smug look! Almec is the villain of the piece! ;) That holo thingy would be very clever for figuring out who Darth Sidious is, but we never see it used again, though tbf, no one outside of Dooku, Ventress, Grievous and Maul, know of him; and only two of those know his identity. Ahsoka showing how much of a boss she is at fighting adults, even when handcuffed and no lightsabre on her. And these are Mandalorians as well, their way is fighting - or at least was. Though Almec is imprisoned here, it shows just how precarious a situation Satine and her world are in. Dooku mentioned to Pre Viszla about other solutions to dealing with her, and though this seems Almec's idea alone, with the Republic against her and enemies on all sides; she will do well to keep order and Mandalore from falling to its knees.
