Hey everybody,

Please forgive my absence.

A few weeks ago I was looking at some old 35mm slides that came from an estate sale. These slides probably would have been thrown away by the family had I not stepped in to save them. I've had them for years now, and dug them out for a serious look-over. As I studied them, I couldn't help but think about the people depicted in the slides and what their lives might have been like. I can't say for sure why I was so taken by these images, but thought I'd share them with you and explain why I like slide film over negative film, and also give you some general thoughts on life as well.

This video took me forever to make, especially the things I had to do in post production to make the video serene. I'm happy this one is behind me now so that I can move forward with some shorter, no-so-serious videos.

Relax as I show you several hundred vintage 35mm color slides that came from an estate sale. Along the way I'll be calmly talking about life in general. My videos are best enjoyed using headphones or earbuds. This is video number 584 of this channel. The videos on my YouTube channel portray some of the typical day-to-day activities that I do for relaxation. This video was produced with relaxation in mind and hopefully has some ASMR qualities.
