Hey everybody,

Hope this message finds you as well as can be. Quite a few viewers suggested that I not force myself to make a video for the sake of the YT channel and I sort of temporarily took that to heart as I adjust to this new chapter of my life. My desire though is to create videos more regularly. I recorded this video weeks ago and have been struggling in post processing to correct the audio. I helped it some, but still, i'm not satisfied. I can be my own worst critic sometimes LOL. Maybe it's not as bad as I think. Let me know what you think, good or bad, I can handle it.

I went to another model train show and will try to get some video footage of the layouts posted, or included in an upcoming video.

Other than that, nothing much new. Just been doing a lot of rearranging of things at home as I sort through things, choosing what to keep, what to pass down, what to donate.

I recently gave away my treadmill and weight machine. All winter long I have been walking at the local mall, but finally took a nice long walk in the woods recently during a brief warm spell. Looking forward to getting the ol' bicycle out on the trail but probably still weeks away from acceptable temperatures for that.

Anyway, hope you like the video, and thank you so much for your patronage:)

I Just BROKE IT - Relaxing ASMR

Relax and drift off to sleep as I relax at my desk and tinker with some slot cars. My videos are best enjoyed using headphones or earbuds. This is video number 554 of this channel. The videos on my YouTube channel portray some of the typical day-to-day activities that I do for relaxation. This video was produced with relaxation in mind and hopefully has some ASMR qualities. Too much stress is harmful to your well-being and in today’s fast-paced world, stress management is more important than ever, and so I hope this ASMR video acts as a stress reliever for those watching and a sleep-aid for anyone having a difficult time falling asleep. If you enjoy my videos and feel like you get something of value from them, you might consider becoming an official “patron” of my channel over at my Patreon page. Thank you for this. Everyone deals with loss in their own way and although these must be sad times, it's good to hear that you are going through your process and we appreciate you sharing some of it with us. Glad you're back at the slot car track! Audio sounds great and I'm always happy to hear the rain.

I always enjoy your videos. They have truly helped my insomnia and are always so relaxing. I’m glad you are going at your own pace and I pray each day you find comfort. Please know you have a group of supporters that just want you to take care of yourself and are so appreciative of you. (Kaitmanda)

Sorry for the late response Michael. It’s definitely a process. Quite the mixture of emotions and they can change and come on at the slightest little thing. I just let them pass and continue on. I feel I’m doing pretty good and knowing I have so much support from so many people has been a blessing to me. As her illness progressed I had wondered how I was going to cope and somehow I have and keep functioning. Even manage to laugh every chance I can. Most recently just this afternoon watching a comic named Brad Upton on the Dry Bar YT channel. That guy cracks me up!
