[Episode Jabbah] Progress Update II (Patreon)

Greetings,

sorry for the late update today. Last week I worked mostly on rendering. The rest of the cast joined the regular rendering. I'm pretty happy about the shot of the full cast. It's rarely I praise Blender, but I was easy able to render 8 High detailed characters in a high detailed environment without issues. The render itself took about 12min. In Octane, which I used previously to render I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to have get this shot done without splitting the scene for different character groups and compose them afterwards in one image. Here I could simply render all at once.

The review process for the dialogue is in progress with osanaiko. There are a few points of discussion. For example the introduction of the new new antagonist, Zello, and the extend of their clash in the first episode. I don't want Elios being victim to another overpowering force but I also don't want a meaningless enemy. At the moment I may have written Zello to weak and might need to change things a bit without throwing Elios under the bus again.

I'm a bit ashamed I didn't finished the steam build again which I desperately need to finish the upcoming days otherwise I might not even make to December which would be really embarrassing. So next weeks focus is steam build, rendering and probably more discussions with osanaiko over the review of the first episode.
