A little look into the ideology of posting more often. What I learned from posting daily for a month and my thoughts on the process and results.

I've recently been trying to make better changes in general. Reading more, practicing Japanese, and so on. I'm 100% with this, just do more. Even if it's 5 minutes, it is still more exposure/practice. Good shit, thanks for the reflection.

A reason you may have lost subscribers may be more simply explained; I've subscribed to a lot of channels that had one or two bangers that were suggested to me by the algorithm, and they upload a video that blows afterwards. Could just have been a slip-up, we all have those. If they upload rarely, I'll check in once in a while to see if it's back to the level I originally subscribed for whenever a video pops up in my feed. Some of these creators tried your approach and started uploading very frequently, which let me finally tell myself "Yeah it was just a fluke or two" and subsequently unsubscribe, whereas I probably wouldn't have unsubscribed if it was just a video a week. That said, those 1000 subscribers you mention could be people who subscribed due to a few videos of yours the algo suggested that fell right within their tastes, and once you started uploading more frequently they realized it wasn't all going to be to their tastes.
