For Kanao, personally I think there is a very beautiful and meaningful details in her eyes drawing. You can see that since the moment Shinobu and her older sister saved her backthen, I found that her eyes is slowly changing to become clearer and brighter, while her eyes used to draw like kinda souless, full of the dust and no light something like that just like her life. So I think this detail of her design is very meaningful, she released from the pain and started to see the light, now has a clearer and brighter future for her life. Kocho sisters indeed two very important persons in her life. And again, just like I mentioned last time in the comment, through Kanao backstory, you can see and feel directly the changes of Shinobu. First you saw how Shinobu's sister Kanae was like, a very nice, warm and friendly person like Tanjiro, while Shinobu was used to be a more serious and straight forward personality. But in present day you can see she is just literally becoming her sister, not only she wear and pass down her sister outfit, also her speaking tone her personality were act like her sister.

And wow that is so fast that we finishing the first season here with you, I am still really enjoy it even tho I watch it a tons of times myself, but with new people is always fun and can hear some different kind of perspective onto the story. Season 2 lets go!! So exciting!

One thing you might not have noticed is that Shinobu used to have a lot more temper and wasn’t afraid to show it. She didn’t smile all that much, but once her sister died, she began to embody her personality, always smiling and never angry, maybe as a way to keep her sister’s memory alive.

Glad to see you finishing the first season! There are seven episodes in the next season and I have to say, the most exciting fight happens in the last 2 episodes. I recommend watching episodes 5-7 all in one day for the best experience!

I think you're saying that he's "upper seven" because you think that there is no more lower demons, but that's a misconception When a demon from the twelve kizuki dies they get replaced by other demons. So all of the lower demons that were killed will be replaced and that demon is still lower one!

Hope u watch the Movie Mugen Train before you start Season2. Season2 continues after the movie. Between S1 and S2 is that Movie. IT's on Netflix.

Season 2 first 7 episodes actually recaps the whole movie but with extra scenes including rengokus past thats why when season 2 was releasedthe “first” episode of the new arc was episode 8

Yes, Muzan is talking about Hashiras when it says ''pillars'' (hashira in Japanese literally means pillar). The demon became lower 1 not upper 7 but 7th overall behind the upper 6. I was a bit confused by the Kizuki ranking system at first too :D By the way, hope you leave in the opening and ending segments at least once for the next season so we can see your reaction to them. And I didn't think you never heard the full official version of Gurenge. The instrumental is really different from The First Take, you should check out the MV for it as well then.
