Hi, didnt comment in a while because now you are in the 2nd season and seems like you are more into the style itself and pick up things easier, so maybe no need to explain every little thing to help you better, you can understand it more freely and openly in the stories, just like we all do in the beginning. And of course some times I feel like the stories will explain to you later. Anyway glad to see you more and more enjoy in the series, and kind of proud as well maybe? Haha

About Tanjiro's forehead scar, if you look carefully, his scar actually develop and look different from the very beginning after every battle. And about if Tanjiro is the chosen one for Sun Breathing or not, I think we all do believed he is the one and the fact he did manage to use Hinokami Kagura moves and cause bigger affect to the demons, not just all about the scar to decide I believed, and I am not a manga reader in the first place for this series, I started it as anime, so I just share my understanding and thoughts base on the anime journey. And again Kamado siblings are indeed special. And Nezuko Upper Rank potential without even consume human blood just tell. But about how exactly, there havent got answer yet, we could just said that there are something different and changes in the cells and blood during these whole period while didnt eat human but just recover strength by sleeping. In a way, in reality just we human, some have stronger body some have weaker, some can defense against disease something like that, I dont really know how to explain but I think you get the concept. And actually the very first time Muzan appearance in season one meeting Tanjiro, it did show a scene that Muzan think of a long red hair demon slayer who wearing the earrings, just a blink moment maybe you dont really notice and even remember because that time you have a lot of things to focus on, but its okay tho, and that is why Muzan chasing after Tanjiro, because that is something irretated him and even a fear base on the scene where Daki feels and tremble from his cells memories while Tanjiro was into the "crazy mode" . And actually while the beginning of this arc where Tanjiro went to meet Rengoku family and talk about the Sun Breathing for the first time, Tanjiro did said that they even have records to prove his family are just charcoal burners for generations. So there is still a msytery of the truth at this point. And last, about Tamayo, the one Muzan's told Daki who slipped out of his control like Nezuko, is the demon doctor who help Tanjiro in the first season if you remembered. She adjusted and change her body through medical and her own blood, and also removed Muzan's curse.

The visual beauty of the latter half of the Yukaku arc is amazing. It's one of the highlights.

I think, Aaron, you missed or you forgot the part where Muzan and Tanjiro first encountered each other and Tanjiro's presence irritated Muzan. It is because he reminds him of that demon slayer he fought before. Also, we have watched many flashbacks about Tanjiro's father, Tanjuro, and it shows he was a normal person. He knew how to perform the Hinokami Kagura dance because they performed it annually, and it was passed down from his ancestors. In their family, they wore Hanafuda earrings that would eventually be passed down to their next generation; that's why Tanjiro wears them after his father's death. Unlike Tanjiro, Tanjuro was born with a mark on his forehead. His appearance resembles the demon slayer that Muzan fought before because of the earrings and the scar. That's the reason Muzan instructed his demons about Tanjiro, because of his scars and earrings too. Theories also suggest that because Tanjuro Kamado resembles that demon slayer, Muzan killed his entire family. Another reason why he is irritated is that Tanjiro was not there during his attack and wasn't killed. Tamayo is the demon doctor who asked for upper-rank blood from Tanjiro. I suggest that you take notes on other characters that you think are important, and somehow their names will appear from time to time. Muzan didn't know that Nezuko survived when he attacked them. That's why he wanted Daki to get rid of her because he doesn't like demons he can't control.
