Just to let you know, Gyomei, the Stone Hashira, is ranked as the strongest Hashira. Muichiro Tokito is usually ranked 3rd, while Sanemi is 2nd. However, for me, those two are almost the same in strength.

So you met the mechanical doll version of Yoriichi. And yes, he is the "legendary hashira" you've been looking for. "Yoriichi Type Zero" is just like a robot product name given to that mechanical doll by the maker. Yoriichi is the name of that legendary hashira from the Sengoku era who lived over 400 years before Tanjiro and this story.

Tanjiro is not a descendant of the sun breathing user neither is muichiro (mist hashira), also the person tanjiro saw in his dreams is the same person who lived 300 years ago and tanjiro's ancestors saw him doing sun breathing and they converted it into a dance to remember it, also upper one and that person is related but that person is not upper one
