What I do is leave the noodles in for exactly 2.30 minutes after the water boils. Then race to pour them in the bowl so that they remain al dente. If the water boils down, it gets spicier which is how I like mine. I have actually never tried the way you said by pouring hot water, I'll try it next time!. Lix really likes Korean food, because of mutual liking from the members, especially Seungmin!
