To clarify for you a little bit more (no spoils): 1. It was detailed from the 1st season that Mikasa had a half-Asian blood, and now revealed that it’s Hizuru-blood. The other half is Ackerman’s. 2. About the plan that required to maintain the Royal blood, it means Zeke or Historia had to bear as many chlidren as they could before they perish. The point is to “maintain the Royal blood”, so it doesn’t matter “with who”. For “Founding Titan” as there is no blood-requirement for it, they could let anyone eat Eren to pass down the Titan Power.

Replying to your question about why only the Eldians had their memories erased and why the Founding Titan’s power only affected them: The answer is actually pretty simple. I think you just forgot about this part of the story. All Eldians are descendants of Ymir, so they’re all connected to her. That’s why only Eldians can inherit Titan powers, transform into Titans, have their memories altered, and be affected by the Founding Titan’s abilities. Other nations, like the Marleyans, aren’t descendants of Ymir, so none of that works on them. The Ackermans are a special case—they’re still Eldians, but because of how their bloodline was altered, the Founding Titan can’t erase their memories or fully control them. So yeah, that’s basically the answer: only Ymir’s descendants are connected through the Paths, which is why all of those abilities only work on Eldians.

Hi Aaron, before you finish watching AOT season 4, I hope you find time to react to their OVAs, especially the "Lost Girls" ep. 1-3. Also, there is a post-credit scene in episode 70 or episode 11.
