I think Grisha was not a good father to Zeke; maybe he learned from his mistakes and changed, but for Zeke, he was his trauma. I do think children in Marley, like Zeke, Reiner, Annie - they had a much harder and more traumatic childhood than Eren, Mikasa and everyone. Because for them, they are facing discrimination, hate and part violence and propaganda from the day they are born. But people in Paradis have lived comparatively normal lives. Their problems started when the gate was broken. I just can't bring myself to hate anyone in this show.
