THE PLOT TWISTTTT

ftkr259

Your reaction at the ending was exactly the same as mine 😂 Just to clear things up a little so you don't get confused: 1. When Porco told Reiner that “I was better than you” before he got eaten by Falco, he finally understood from Marcel’s memories that his brother had been bragging about Reiner so that Reiner would be chosen as a Warrior. Marcel did that because he actually just wanted to save Porco from becoming a Warrior. You can see it in the episode where Marcel gets eaten by Ymir. He keeps saying “sorry” to Reiner before he dies. So yeah, Porco finally realized that it was actually true—he really was better than Reiner all along. I hope that makes sense 😂 2. You’re right, it’s our KENNNYYYYYY 😂 At that time, Kenny was protecting King Uri Reiss (before Frieda Reiss). You can see this in the episode where Kenny tells his backstory. If I remember correctly, it was in Season 3. 3. Yups, it’s exactly a MASTERPIECE!!! I honestly cannot comprehend how Hajime Isayama came up with a story like this. 😂 Enjoy the rest of the episodes!

About Porco, he's just flexing to Reiner how good he was. Remember, he had seen the memories of his brother Marcel, the former Jaw titan; initially Porco was the chosen vessel for the armor titan, but Marcel begged the officials to let Reiner be the one to be sacrificed because he loved his brother so much. That's why Porco was flexing to Reiner, proving to him that he was better than him after all and that Reiner only has the armor titan because of Marcel and not because he is better. Another episode of why I hate Gabi. HAHHAHAHAHAHAHA

Grisha was able to see Zeke for a brief moment in the basement because Eren was looking at Zeke at that exact moment. Thanks to the Attack Titan’s ability to see the memories of its future inheritors, Grisha was able to see Zeke through Eren’s memories.

Just as the Founding Titan was controlled by the will of the First King through the Vow Renouncing War, the Attack Titan was essentially controlled by Eren, its future inheritor, because of its ability to see the memories of future inheritors. The fact that all the Attack Titans fought for freedom is also a reflection of Eren’s own nature.

The author of Attack on Titan is seriously a genius 😭 It’s such a shame that he’s not working on any more projects anymore.

Each arc I am inevitably thrown back to Erwin asking Eren who the real enemy is. Because boy did Isayama build on that question until we could come up with an entirely different answer for each season and I think that's one of the most elitely executed demonstrations of the relevance of simple perspective.

when Grisha finally apologized to Zeke and told him he loved him... I remember sobbing SO much watching that scene, it was like all the anger and grudge inside Zeke dissolved into nothing with just one single hug from his father. Oh... parents hold so much power over their children's emotions and it's heartbreaking how much they abuse that. Also, Grisha s voice actor gave such an AMAZING performance here just wow. Thank you for your reactions I'm falling in love with the show all over again haha

I also wanna say, the title of the episode Two brothers is actually so genius. Because we have three pair of tragic brothers in the exact same scene. We have Falco and his big brother who sacrificed his life to stay with him when transforming into a titan, I think he was even trying to hug falco so he wouldn't be too scared. Gillard and his big brother who sacrificed Reiner, in a way, so his brother would live longer. I think Gillard always resented Reiner for being picked first and only knew the truth moments before he died. And of course we have Eren and his big brother who thought they could trauma bond over their manipulative father just for Zeke to find out they didn't share the same life. That their father learned from his mistakes and didn't force his beliefs to Eren but sadly it was the other way around lol
