I really enjoyed your reaction😊 I can't wait for the next episode!!

Arsene Lupin

I really love your reaction & cant wait to watch the next episodes with you. I dont agree with you that Eugene has every right to kill the parents of Hui-seong as it wasnt actually them who killed Eugenes parents.

they were complicit, and in particular, huiseong’s father shoved little eugene to the ground when he begged them for help. even though they didn’t give the command, there’s a lot of bad blood and inhumane cruelty between them and eugene; so i understand where aaron is coming from and felt the same on my watches of the show 💔

describing aesin as imposing has to be one of the best takes on the kind of strong female lead she is, love that word choice! she's so dignified and charming, love her to death. and as you said, super cute too- you're catching on her intonation perfectly when you say she sounds kinda adorable; kim taeri balances a really lovely tone and her badass one super flawlessly in this drama :)

For me this is my first time watching this drama!! Everyone around me has raved about it, I kept saving it for the “right time,” but somehow I never got around to watching it. Then I saw you watching it and was like okay, THIS is the right time!! 😆🥳 So now I really look forward to this time every week (already can't wait for next Sunday hehe😁

It was a huge shock and a national trauma for both the king and the Joseon people. A foreign power murdering a sitting queen in her own palace was an outrageous violation of sovereignty, even by 19th-century imperialist standards. It was widely condemned as an act of barbarism at the time, so Japan laid low briefly before continuing to tighten its grip on Korea
