There’s only one episode left 😭 The final one you were referring to, I think, is actually the two episodes combined into one, and it was released in theaters, if I remember correctly.

Btw are you going to watch another anime after finishing aot? Have you decided already?

uuuu

Can't believe we came this far...only one episode left🥹 It's been a good journey

Can't believe this journey is already coming to an end 😭 I had so much fun watching AOT with you (and Demon Slayers as well). Aaron, if you plan to watch another anime after AOT ends, I recommend Death Note (it's old but a classic among animes) and I also recommend Psycho-Pass (it's a futuristic story where police gun's can read a person's mind and decide itself if it shoot or not, it's a great story full of moral dilemas kinda like AOT)

I actually like Flock quite a lot lol I didn’t like him as much when I first watched AoT, but after watching it a second time, I realized how complex and layered his character is. He knew that holding onto the plane would most likely get him killed, just like when he charged toward the Beast Titan. Yet he did it anyway to protect his friends and the people of the island. Even his last thoughts were about the island. In a way, you could call him a patriot. To me, it’s a dilemma, like having to choose between saving 100 people you love, such as your family and friends, or saving 10,000 strangers whose names and faces you don’t even know—especially if those people hate you. I’m not saying everything Flock did was right. But I can understand why he made those choices. In the end, like Eren, he chose the people he knew, loved, and wanted to protect over people he had never met.

I watched this part as the movie Attack on Titan: THE LAST ATTACK in theaters, and it was absolutely amazing
