What a nice surprise, it's still Monday where I live! Really enoyed this reaction! It's such a pleasure to see their process, of course they're really taking part in the creation of their own art. They're another level indeed. On another note, it would be cool if you watched their Pinggyego appearance (ep. 116) with Jae-suk and Haha to understand that Gueoje Yaho reference fully. That episode as a whole was really funny anyway and the chemistry with the hosts was soooo good! They have a history that goes way back, so this interview was especially nice. Just a suggestion, how about you watch the last bts over on Youtube and watch their Pinggyego appearance next (wink, wink). Nah, maybe I'm just being too gready haha. No preassure!

Daesung has another official Behind-the-Scene video. This one is a short one by his online character D'splay.

Not sure what happened to Taeyang’s video. The English captions were there when it was first released. Glad the auto-translate worked out! GD is very hands-on and detailed in all aspects of his art. Everything he does is very intentional. It’s the same with his fashion designs. He doesn’t just give out ideas or concepts; he gets involved in the details down to the materials. So it’s always inspiring to watch him work. The downside is that he can end up taking on a lot and overwork himself between solo and group activities..The Coachella BTS is also a great watch to see how his mind works—not just in the music production / rearrangements, and performances, but also on-screen text, camera direction, and so much more.

Kwon Twins are GD’s performance directors since GD’s comeback. Galaxy, GD’s current agency, isn’t a traditional idol management company. They don’t even have a practice room or A&R team. They help with business, distribution and the legal aspects of his work, but they’re not very involved on the creative side. So he has been working along with a small group of people who have worked closely with him for many years. The Kwon Twins are part of that team. Daesung’s D’splay is his “secret” personal channel. During their hiatus, he uploaded videos of himself playing drums, showing his Lego collection, vlogging, etc., but never showed his face. One fun fact: he used to learn one English/Japanese word at a time and use Lego to create a skit to demonstrate the word. People didn’t find out the true identity of D’splay until Taeyang called him out lol

Aaron what are you talking about, D'splay and Daesung are two different people! I mean, don't you see D'splay filming Daesung? 😤 /s Jokes aside, D'splay is Daesung's personal youtube channel and he used to upload stuff like learning English with Lego, drum covers or song covers periodically! You probably don't remember it but they actually mentioned this account once during the first Bigbang reunion video in Zip Daesung 😆 No one knew the account belonged to Daesung until one day Taeyang started spamming the reply "d'splay" on fan comments in IG then people started flooding the channel asking if he's Daesung LOL Even until today he still pretends that the account doesn't belong to him so most of us do the same as well haha. Honestly we're even lucky to get a 3-minute clip from Daesung given that he's just not big on sharing stuff outside of work 😅 (Edit: Daesung's official YT channel just released his behind-the-scenes video for BiiiG today, you might want to check it out together with the official Bigbang channel's video 😆) Also I believe the Kwon Twins now also work as performance directors for Bigbang as well GD's solo stuff (even though GD is still the main director in his own works), that's why they're mostly seen throughout the group's behind-the-scenes stuff! 😊
