yeah, it is hard to compare with Dear name. My favorite as well for ballads

Actually my fave version of ending scene is from her love poem concert... her emotions while singing the song was so on point.. it felt like she has gone through a painful "divorce", 😅😁 anyway, if you like you can watch it on your own, it was taken by a fan but the video and audio was okay... https://youtu.be/J9xyhohOKHE

Please react to "Bad Day" in her love poem concert. For me, this song is a serious contender for my top fave, along with Dear Name and Lullaby... wish you can also react to Lullaby next in YT, a song inspired by the last ep of Persona... anyways, here's the link for bad day.... I know Ive been recommending this a lot, but im pretty sure it'll be worth your time.. https://youtu.be/56pYJmUtyhU

Ooh you should have watched her live version on her concert instead of this one. Because you can clearly hear her raw voice and because of that i felt the song more. You should definitely see it and tell us how you feel about it compared to this one. https://youtu.be/O-jLcNkWJcA

I love how your reaction is always so honest! Yes I agree, I love this song a lot but I personally like Dear Name more than this song. But you’re always correct about the fact that if you understand the Korean lyrics fully, you will be able to feel the song 1000 times more. I sometimes feel like IU’s lyrics and the way she sings makes ordinary melody very special :)

Thanks for the reaction video! Always watching with fun. Since you mentioned about the lyrics: This song is in the form of a conversation, and maybe some monologue, between a breaking couple. The verse wishes good luck and farewell, while the chorus blames the other for the breakup. But in the end, the chorus also admits the farewell and asks the verse if “I’ll be loved by someone in the future”. In the beginning of the video, there is a short comment from IU: “I wanted to write the situation of a typical breakup that anyone would experience. While writing the lyrics, I had it as a movie scene in my head, and tried hard to describe it visually, also with some lines(conversation).”
