For me, the organization was built by people who were faced with injustice at some point and who decided to unite to obtain "justice" in one form or another, revenge and destruction, and by any means necessary. They’re not good people, they never said they were (revenge isn't something good people do after all). No spoiler, No Park said it, he realized, by getting acquainted with Changho, that he would never be able to defeat his daughter’s killers if the organization remained in the shadows. Therefore, they needed a leader who could be in the light and enter the same spheres as the people they targeted.

I hope next drama will be ‘hospital playlist’ or ‘2521’ or ‘My liberation Note’ . All three was very famous in Korea, and especially last one is written by writer who wrote ‘My Mister’ !
