Questions: I am a new subscriber... 1. will these files be available on my mini factory? If not there...2. Will they be available on my account on your website with my current purchases?

Mau ToyLab

For now, the files are only available for direct download through Google Drive. However, my developer is already working on implementing downloads directly from my website, so that should be available in the future. 😊

Terri Lawson

Ok, so the two aren’t connected in any way.

Any chance we can get the unicorn in the welcome pack?

Mau ToyLab

I’ll definitely consider it! 😊 I think the unicorn would be a really cute addition to the Welcome Pack.

Ruth

How can I get the books that u have done like Pinocchio & others

Mau ToyLab

Thanks so much for subscribing! 😊 The Alice Storybook is already included in your Welcome Pack. You can find my other designs on my website, mautoylab.com, or on Etsy. And don’t forget to use your 40% off coupon for this month: SEPMTL26

Ashley

Hi I’m new! Where do i download the ones about to leave so I don’t lose them? Where do they go so i can print whenever I want?

Ashley

Okay I’m going to figure out how to save them as soon as I get home thank you! So excited to print them

Ruth

Can u tell me if I purchased Pinocchio or not please

Mau ToyLab

Hi! 😊 Unfortunately, I don’t have access to your purchase history, so I’m not able to check if you’ve already purchased Pinocchio. I recommend checking your purchase history on the platform where you usually buy my designs.
