Caitlyn's arms are tied behind their back in a box tie and they kneel on the floor awaiting the next step. The next step is for them to be hoisted up by the box tie, and with their thighs tied to their waist they can only just keep tiptoes on the ground.

They dance around, trying to find a comfortable balance between being suspended from their arms and stretching their legs for a bit of support. In the final shot of the set, Caitlyn's ankles are tied up off the ground as well, completing the suspension (it was too tough to hold for more pics).
