Uh Steph, I think you got a few names wrong 😅 but welcome to part 3! It’s called Season 2 because they grouped PB and BT together as Season 1, but its less confusing if you just referred to them as Parts.

I'm glad I joined to catch this early! Also Josuke in the title? I think Netflix and other streaming websites label Part 1 and Part 2 (Phantom Blood and Battle Tendency) as Season 1 and Part 3 (Stardust Crusaders) as Season 2 and so on. It's less confusing if you think of them as parts! Are you skipping the intros/outros until the end of the "Season"?

Jotaro's kind of a mysterious aura-farming genius. It's funny that he's the main character of this part, cause oftentimes in Shonen they put that archetype as the main character's rival. It's like we had Sasuke as the main character of Naruto instead.

Super late to the party but I'd like to make a comment on Jotaro's behavior against his mom, whether if it hasn't been explain yet or if any first time viewers who were as curious as Steph was. In essence, Jotaro is meant to be in his "rebellious teen" phase, as the flashbacks shows him to be a nice, caring young boy being a stark contrast to now kinda implies. There's also the fact that he doesn't like woman who flaunt and are obsessive over him, finding it annoying as like ep 2 showed with his girl classmates.
