Steph, I have to give you props for the great output of content you've been providing us JoJo enjoyers! I have watched another reactor go through JoJo's, and I gotta tell you, it was quite long to follow the whole journey with only a single episode a week, especially when you've got so many two-parters eps like Part 3 does. The pace you're on is currently perfect imo. On another note, I am always happy to see one of your notifications pop up, I enjoy eating while watching your reacts every few days. Though, I am not caught up on One Piece at all, so I have to cautiously avoiding those when the reacts pop up ahahah

Although this episode is incredibly uncomfortable to watch, and Alessi is pretty scummy, I feel inclined to hate J Geil more. Sure, Alessi is a lowlife who likes to pick on people who are weaker than him, but J Geil is generally more creepy, especially thinking about what he did to Cherie, and the fact that he could have done that to countless others and evaded the law using his stand. Also, I'm really excited for the next episode... One of the more unique stand "battles" of the part, in my opinion.

I know it might seem crazy for a 2yr to outwit a grown man, but we have to remember Polnareff had Silver Chariot even as a child. He's not a normal individual at all and had to possess some kind of fighting spirit even then. Would've been funny if he was more goo goo ga ga while still outwitting Alessi, would've hurt his ego more.

I think this is one of the more stressful battles in all of Jojo's. Not only do we have a weak and alone Polnareff, but he also has to protect an even more defenseless human. Also, Araki is always good at making low life antagonists, but Alessi is really the lowest kind of scum. Finally, you pointed out that you though he would have perceived women as weaker, but I think that's why they made a point during his intro to have him ask the kid where his father *and* mother were before feeling safe to prey on him. P.S. I like what you said at the end, it's not about strength. Unlike most shonen shows about fighting, the battles in Jojo's are all a battle of wits.
