Its fun how all the teamup enemies in P5 are different. Prosciutto and Pesci has a little brother/big brother relationship. Squalo and Tiziano are like lovers. Ciocolatta and Secco are master and pet (maybe abused relationship too). Doppio and The Boss are dual personalities.

another thing (i have nt finished yet so im not sure if you've mentioned this or not) but giorno shouts "wrrryyyyy" or something of the like during the beatdown which was another one of dio's battle cries :) and in the manga that beatdown takes up multiple pages ahah

WE GOT THE POL BACK! So really think about this, the last time Giorno actually punched a human (Ghiaccio doesn't count because he was armored by his Stand) was when he hit Bruno in like the first few episodes. That was one punch. Imagine 7 pages of that punch stretched out over time because of GE distorting your senses. Iirc someone did the math and it would take Cioccolatta 9 hours to process all of it.

we are ALL grabbing onto Mista's hips like Giorno Ciocolatta and Secco are some great fights, including the famous 7 page muda, I really love the moments where Giorno reminds you he's part Dio, and some 1000 IQ plays from Bucciarati and of course, the absolute goat is back, Polnareff, we are reaching the peakest of peak

Btw the reason they go to the Colosseum is because Polnareff told them to in the previous episode Seccos durability stat relates more to the staying power or persistence of his ability, in this case it means it lasts for a very long time. It being called durability is kind of a mistranslation

these episodes were all fantastic!! now i have so much to say😅 obviously, to start it off, i must say that yes ma’am you are right! a woman’s intuition is never wrong🙂‍↕️🩷 we love trish yes we do ^^ then, of course, bruno’s fate being revealed.. ahh my heart! it’s really sad to know that since the diavolo fight, he’s practically been a walking zombie :( bruno himself says that his heart has been stopped, which makes him biting his lip so hard it bled when abbacchio died all the more meaningful. i miss them so much! the cioccolata v. giorno v. mista fight is one of my favorites solely because of how cute sex pistols are! they’re seriously just so precious as a reflection of mista☺️ speaking of cioccolata, i remember i initially had thought the “i love you” moment was super, and oddly, endearing as well, only to be totally caught off guard by secco’s personality switch. araki always finds the little ways to surprise his readers/watchers! there really isn’t much else i can say about polnareff’s return other than omg a million times over. it’s always such a joy to watch people’s shock lol. i certainly was never expecting that when i first read part 5, and i knew you would be so happy! also, a little side note: the statue from the colosseum eye catcher depicts a roman myth pertaining to the founding of rome. after being cast into the tiber river, young romulus and remus were rescued by a she-wolf who raised them until they were found by a shepherd. with all that being said, i hope you feel better soon! rest easy, and take as long as you need to recover <3

The beatdown Giorno gave Cioccolata is the longest in JoJo's so far, 7 pages in the manga, a special beating for an especially disgusting opponent xd

What an interesting love, just like the other elite guard duo. Giorno is so smart, turning Sex Pistols' bullets into trees. He and Mista (number 5) are such a great combination, and then turning the tree branch back into the original bullet to shoot Cioccolata in the face and then into a stag beetle. That's crazy work, turning it into a 7-page muda wryyyyyyyy, and I have to commend Choco Man for having the mental fortitude to cut his body in pieces and function using his stand. Crazy work! Secco and Cioccolata hella tough opponents, and yay Polnareff yippee, and oh, Doppio will be there.

Yeah, these fights are pretty peak. I absolutely love Bruno's theme. If you have the chance to listen to the Golden Wind soundtrack on Youtube, I'd reccommend it. . Japanese has different words for different kinds of love, so it's confirmed that Ciocolatta's "love" is the love for a pet. . The statue shown in the "The Colosseum in Rome" eye catcher is a famous statue there depicting the legend of the founding of Rome, in which the founders of the city, Romulus and Remus, were raised as babies by a wolf mother and even drank her milk.

I think Polnareff didn't specifically mean Bruno is the one who must wield the arrow, but more like as Bruno is the leader he is naturally the one Polnareff wants to talk with and hand over the arrow to. And he probably means Bruno as in if Bruno's gang doesn't reach him, he has to destroy the arrow. Also imagine the PTSD Polnareff wold get if Giorno walked up with his MC aura saying gimme the arrow, I'm the son of the guy who destroyed half your crew 13 years ago. JP Polnareff, 36 years old, FRENCHMAN is so funny lol

Idk if someone has already mentioned. Probably yes. But Ciocollata muda's rush is by far the longest we've seen. It is know as "7 page muda". Doubling on the previous "3,5 page ora" from Steely dan on part 3. Also, technically. This moment and Ciocollata appears on part 1. If you remember. The Sono Chi no Sadame opening starts with a page from every part. And of course they have chosen this beatdown to show part 5 lol. I also realized something watching that fight again. Giorno really is similar to Jonathan but on a more "radical" way. He says he feels no happiness when hurting/beating Ciocollata. Yet he beats him to a pulp. Which means he probably did it to punish Ciocollata for his evil doings. Not because of his anger or satisfaction like Jotaro has shown to do in the past. Secco's reaction to Ciocollata's death is completely fault btw. He "created" secco by sticking this messed up world view where strength and power governs everything on his head. else. So when he lost.. secco just left him lol. Deserved.
