Death note would carry on the morally grey theme from AOT so well. Monster is also SO goated, but I feel like it doesn't have the same quick dopamine hits you get from most anime, MUCH more of a slow burn, not to mention wayyy more psychological.

Even though I haven't seen evangelion, I know all of these animes are peak. I can't lie though I am legit stunned that Hunter isn't number 1. Just out of popularity, at least in my generation of anime fans. Not sure if that means I'm too old now, or maybe the OGs are coming out to vote lol.
