Laboring Behind the Counter with You Final High Res + Alts (Patreon)

Happy Labor Day everyone! To celebrate this year, here is the completed artwork featuring patron chosen, Yamada from Smoking Behind the Supermarket with You! When Yamada found out she was pregnant she figured her little ruse with Sasaki would finally come to an end. Especially after giving up smoking, she thought he might finally realize what had been going on. Unfortunately it would seem that she underestimated the depth of his cluelessness. Having the reveal come while in the throws of labor was not how she expected things to go. Better late than never. Enjoy!Original and alternate versions available in the attachments below.
