"Most Wanted" returns!

Previously we have had you submit opponent ideas for Taylor Swift, Pablo Escobar, John F. Kennedy & Robin Hood; and some of the ideas you all came up with were top tier.

For this one we are asking you to submit ideas for who should face QUEEN ELIZABETH I in a rap battle. She's always been on the radar for an ERB. But, we've never resolved which opponent would be perfect for her. As powerful women throughout the ages go, she could certainly give most a run for their money.

Do a bit of research on her, if you don't know too much. Clue: she's not the current queen of England. ;) She's very intriguing to us. She was an important monarch. Has a dynamic look. We just need the perfect opponent. And that's why we need your help.

You can post your ideas for opponents in the comments below, or post & discuss them in the '#matchup-ideas' channel on the Discord or email them to: erbpatreon@gmail.com

At 5pm PT on Thursday 25th June we will create two polls (one on Patreon and one on YouTube) featuring five of our favourite suggestions and see which ones are popular.

=====

Last time out in "Most Wanted" we asked you to vote on potential opponents for Robin Hood. The final five options were Zorro, Karl Marx, Pancho Villa, King Arthur and John D. Rockefeller.

On Patreon it was a very close affair with Zorro receiving 36% of the vote and Karl Marx getting 35%. Over on the separate YouTube community poll Zorro crushed it with 46% of the votes with Karl Marz lagging behind in second with 23%.

Both are great suggestions that could work. I do think a Robin Hood battle will get made one day and this process has definitely made Zorro and Karl Marx our top two options.

But, lets turn to Queen Elizabeth I.

We need you to name ideas for opponents for her. So. get down to it people!

Queen Elizabeth I vs Charlemagne (Charlemagne was known for having a lot of kids, while Elizabeth was known as the Virgin Queen, also, it would be an English vs French rivalry)

The problem i have with this is the opposite of Jasons, i dont think ERB should do a father daughter battle

My first thought is Queen Victoria but if that is too obvious i suggest Catherine of Aragon who was Henry VIII's first wife, so technically step-mom to Elizabeth...but not really? Also Cat is the mother of Elizabeth's main rival Mary I (who also isn't a bad vs idea for Elizabeth)

Callum Stott

Mary Queen of Scots/ Bloody Mary

Shawn Ravenfire

Queen Elizabeth vs Boudica (Welsh Queen)

Red Claw

Queen Elisabeth I vs Queen Elisabeth II

Luke Brunger

Do another cavalcade featuring female world leaders. Good examples: Catherine the Great, Angela Merkel, Margaret Thatcher, Queen Victoria, maybe bring in Hillary Clinton but have the others say she had her chance.

Leo M. R.

How about Margaret Thatcher? Two powerful women leaders of England from different time periods, with contrasting attitudes towards governing. The Virgin Queen vs. The Iron Lady.

Alex Jackson

Queen ELIZABETH Vs evil queen

Clint Williams

Mary I, what's better than sister v. sister.

J-Star

Elizabeth v Wicked Witch of the West or Maleficent

Mine’s a more obscure historical note, but as the man who united Morocco after a century of warfare and lead it into a golden age, Ismail Ibn Sharif built one of the four imperial cities (Meknes), attempted to convert King James II to Islam, he chose the colors he wore based on his mood (people would flee when he wore yellow because he wore that during his “bloodiest executions”), his mother had been a black slave, and, oh, he had four wives, 500 concubines, and Guinness Book documents 1042 children.

Bring back Katherine the great as the opponent

Laxxius

I really like this suggestion.

I'm going to give my vote to Charles XII of Sweden. The cautious, (and maybe indecisive) stable queen VS. the bold, (and very decisive) confident king. It's also old vs. young.

Laxxius

Also both of them have at least one exceptional military feat.

Laxxius

This is the meant-to-be kinda suggestion.

If I had to think of a second guess, I'd say Richard Branson, the guy who founded Virgin. He brought many "risky" bands to the public like the Sex Pistols, he was made the "litter Tsar" by Margaret Thatcher ("to keep Britain tidy"), a ridiculous number of humanitarian missions, set multiple world records, and hopes to take people to space.

Metalman

I think queen Boudicca would be a good opponent for her
