Hey y’all, I missed this one! Trying to watch replay, and I get the message: “Woops! Error registering for this event - This host does not have an active Crowdcast account and their events are unavailable.” Never had problems before, and the previous months like the recent Halloween one still show up fine. So just FYI, that’s how it’s looking on my end. Hope I haven’t missed out permanently? 🤷🏻‍♂️

I am not seeing any issue when I try loading the video. Did you manage to get it to work?

Nothing yet I’m afraid. Here’s the breakdown from my end:

The link posted here brings me to my internet browser (safari) where I can see the Jim Reeves YouTube video. When I click the “Watch Replay” button it gives me the message I shared above. I also have the Crowdcast app, in which I Follow the EpicLloyd account. I can see a list of my Joined Events, which are all the previous streams EXCEPT for Nov 27,2020. That one simply doesn’t show up. BUT I went back to the standard browser link above, and clicked the “Open in iOS App.” So at least I managed to get to that main event up in the App. There’s a green “Join Event” button that does nothing for me. Just spins that loading symbol for a bit and goes right back to normal no matter how many ways I’ve tried.

I’m not a big tech guy here, sorry! My guess? In order to get access the Replay, I needed to “join” the event before, or as it was live. This is the first time I’ve missed one, so I can’t tell for sure. I think that makes sense, since everything else still works and has never given me trouble before. Otherwise it could be any number of janky reasons I’m just not qualified to theorize on. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Very strange. You don't need to join an event in order to watch it. So it's not that. Could you try opening the link in a different browser i.e. not safari or try opening the link on a mobile to test if that works? (Sign into patreon on that new browser and then see if it works)

Allright so everything so far was done on an iPhone. (Guess i should have mentioned that) I just tried it out on my desktop (Mac) trying it on both Safari again and then Firefox, and it's literally all the same problems. It could just be me, and if no one else is concerned, then maybe it's no worries. If there IS a problem to fix, hopefully I've offered some insight. It's ONLY the Nov. 27 stream for me, everything else is looking just peachy!
