Man the start of this was so cool and then it completely abandoned it to be a terrible movie instead. I think part of the reason why the new doll looks so creepy is because they tried to make their gender ambiguous. All the charm and horror of the first one is completely absent and dead in this. Truly horrible movie. Redman was the only entertaining part of this lol

This movie could have been decent if they kept other plot threads going to keep the stakes up instead of focusing on doing lame comedy and drama. Like if the dolls were actually under threat from the cops investigating the prop guy murder, a detective character. Who also wants to bang Jennifer Tilly of course. The ventriloquist guy tracking them down. John Waters photos got found maybe by the Jennifer Tilly fan club, so there's a bunch of idiots to kill. Maybe some Redman peeps. I wonder why the British girl who survived and became her assistant amounted to absolutely nothing. And the offscreen Chucky kills. Maybe scenes got cut or they ran out of money.

Mad props for the riffing on this movie that was somehow on par with Neil Breen. And agreed, Redman's acting was amazing. There should be an Oscar for best acting in a terrible movie

Seed of Chucky is a 2004 movie about two murderous dolls that have a child that pees their pants. The child also has gender identity issues in a story with queer coded narrative. There is also themes of sexual harassment and abuse in Hollywood. Woke Chucky haha

I would love to correct and explain all your guy's discrepancies with this movie, but it would turn into a novel. DO NOT knock Curse and Cult of Chucky. Those movies return back to its horror roots.
