I was literally just thinking to myself the Jaboody boys should do Indiana Jones. Cheers!

ATOMIC CHORIZO

There is a fan theory that the adventures of indy are the dreams of han solo while he's frozen in carbonite.

Mischief3k

Really hope we power through the 4 movies

Oliver Mayo

Angry fog bit scared me for ages

Is it me or did the option to download the audio tracks disappear? I usually save sound file so I can adjust the volume on it, but now it only lets me play the audio file through Patreon, with no volume control.

A cool fact - George Lucas didn't want to use Harrison Ford as Indy due to him using him in American Graffiti and Star Wars, so him and Steven Spielberg hired on Tom Selleck to be Indy. But he had to drop to do Magnum P.I. and ciuldnr find anyone else so they used Harrison. And while not directly connected, but of course Chip and Dales look in Rescue Rangers was based on Indy and Magnum.

Hank Greenburg

This movie is almost too good to dub. Such a classic adventure wrapped up in a perfect package.

Hank Greenburg

I think temple of doom might make for better dub content, but this movie is far and away the best indy film imo.

Ninjaturtles20

Fun Fact: The famous scene in which Indy shoots a marauding and flamboyant swordsman was not in the original script. Harrison Ford was supposed to use his whip to get the sword out of his attacker's hands, but the food poisoning he and the rest of the crew had gotten made him too sick to perform the stunt. After several unsuccessful tries, Ford suggested "shooting the sucker". Steven Spielberg immediately took him up on the idea, and the scene was successfully filmed.

This was my first adventure movie as a kid that inspired me to watch action movies,I quote this movie all the time and I hum the music from time to time I love John Williams and Speilburg, this movie inspired memes,GIFS and parodies beyond through and also cartoons and tha south park episode,I watch Temple of Doom the most since that has more action than this, but this is the adventure movie that started all, references and homages

llama

For Indiana jones movies for me it goes 3,1,4,2 Yes I think Crystal skull is better than temple of doom. Thanks for the dub guys

Ninjaturtles20

Temple of doom is a prequel to Raiders,I love Short Round and tha movie invented the rating PG-13 by Mr Speilberg himself since when Raiders came out,PG was different back then and they show bloody deaths lol

Ninjaturtles20

Fun Fact: During filming in Tunisia, nearly everyone in the cast and crew got sick except director Steven Spielberg. It is thought that he avoided illness by eating only the food he'd brought with him: a lot of cans of Spaghetti-O's.

Ninjaturtles20

I love the punching sound effects it never gets old lol 😂

Ninjaturtles20

Fun Fact: The sacred idol of the Hovitos, of which Dr. Jones takes possession at the beginning of the film, is apparently a fertility goddess. It is a molten image of a woman squatting down and giving birth.

Ninjaturtles20

In a 2001 "Making of" special, it was revealed that the effects used in the three antagonists' rather gruesome deaths (Dietrich, Toht, and Belloq) were a vacuum machine, a time-lapsed heat gun and a shotgun, respectively. When the movie was submitted for an MPAA rating, it was given a rating of "R" because of the exploding head. In order to lower the rating, flames were superimposed over this image. The result was the appearance of a head exploding behind a dense curtain of flames. The rating was lowered to "PG" (at the time, the PG-13 rating did not exist).

Ninjaturtles20

the you wanna talk to god scene is one of my fav and best quote and I did a duet Tik Tok of that

Ninjaturtles20

Everytime I hear that music I always think of that lego Indy game, they would just loop that music over and over

Ninjaturtles20

I also love the sound of Indy’s gun shooting effect that sounded like a cannon

Ninjaturtles20

Fun fact: the guy that played Belloq "For the record, he never ate the fly. It took off faster than the frame rate of the camera and thus appears to go into his mouth. as discovered from the interview,The crew just cut those few frames to make it appear the fly went in Belloq's mouth and never came out lol 😂 I noticed that every single time

Samuel Angeli

It kinda blows my mind the movies that got PG ratings back in the day, Jaws was another one rated PG.

Wizkidfantastic

Around 1:20:00 y'all talk about how long it must take to get those chase scenes, I worked security during filming of Ninja Turtles: out of the shadows in Buffalo,NY expressway RT-33. That took a few weeks with a stretch about a mile long and filming at night roughly 8pm-5am for a short sequence in the film. I couldn't imagine the work that went into the chases in Indiana Jones, props to that crew.

Avery

cant wait for the last crusade, my favorite one!! sean connery!

Scott Johnson

Fantastic beast hogwarts legacy be awosome

jaboodydubs

Woah dude that's insane! When we have done our little action scenes in short films it can take hours and hours so I can't imagine doing ACTION scenes with god damn vehicles.

Wizkidfantastic

Not just the vehicles, since there were multiple vehicle, helicopter, and mocap suit stunts for the scene they would literally film for 35 seconds and then reset for over an hour, rinse and repeat. no wonder movies cost so damn much.

Ghostdog8192

Excellent job, I can't wait for Temple of Doom and Shortround!

Spettz

Funny thing was in the beginning of the film, I opened a can of drink and the noise it made happened again.I was like wtf is it echoing in the room or something but nope was just you Jaboody dudes opening a can too LOL I listened to all of your Star Wars, Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings dubs and can't wait to listen and finish Indiana Jones.

Andrew Wilkins

Watching this after watching the boys play the Indiana Jones game
