The comment Lewie made about shooting the witch 🤣 "How about a little fire scarecrow" "Fuck you! 🔫 " This commentary was awesome you guys!

Nathan Ross

Oz the great and powerful is a great prequel directed by Sam Raimi

Ninjaturtles20

return to Oz is a another creepy sequel made by disney,it’s a sequel

Ninjaturtles20

This is where all the references, parodies, inspirations and famous quotes and famous songs and iconic shots all started and Judy garland was bullied by the director behind the scenes,he was a jerk and he also made Gone with the wind which is a excellent movie, but this movie is timeless and magic at the time and school plays we’re inspired by this movie,I remember in elementary years we go to the play at the stage area next door

Ninjaturtles20

muppets wizard of oz is so funny lol

Ninjaturtles20

The Wiz with Michael Jackson would be a good dub

llama

Judy Garland was 16 when they filmed this movie. She just looks older

Paineinyourblank

Would love would love for you guys to dub Return to Oz. That was a favorite of mine growing up

BonkGangSF

Technically she was 17 during the filming. But i think she was 16 when she got cast for the role.

llama

Either way she was very young

BonkGangSF

The green "oh wee oh" troops are actually singing "oh we loathe the old one" - they're like a slave army, which is why they're all stoked when Dorothy accidentally melts the witch. Also; Nathan mentioned the Sam Raimi prequel. I'd love to see you guys do a commentary track for Sam Raimi's spaghetti western: The Quick and the Dead.

Christine Rutledge

First they want to kill the dog, then Dorothy thinks she killed her Aunt and then they accuse her of killing the witch! I didn't pick up on any of that as a kid lol

mcgeemr

When poorilla and rudy gang combines

I saw a local stage play of the wizard of oz a couple months ago. Really good acting despite the low budget. Great music too. This is such a classic story that it really could be adapted into any medium.

Like_Fahrenheit

Also, Labyrinth definitely got inspired by this. The party members, the girl protagonist, etc.

Fartooloud

I love you comments ninjaturtles. I can tell you were stoney bologna when you were writing these. Also I'd give you a 10/10 for writing the longest run sentence ever!

KB Scoot

Another epic day in the life of me dudes! Preciate this one. Throwing out another suggestion..the mighty ducks. Pretty goofy and Emilio is cheesy af

Catze D

Hey can I suggest a film here ? How about "Earth girls are easy" with Young Jeff Goldblum, super young Jim Carey , and and Damon Wayans in his first film. They're Fuzzy aliens who come to earth for girlfriends! Half scifi half musical. It's amazing! I'd love to hear what you guys think

jaboodydubs

Just watched the trailer.... INSANE. Adding to the list!

Catze D

Omg ! So excited for you guys to see it

honkytonk

The fake snow was asbestos

Darin Burleson

"The Lawnmower Man" take a look boys free on YouTube

Scott Johnson

King Kong movie with Jack black would be funny asf

michael

Original Superman series would be super funny

garbanzo

been recommending this for years!

Hank Greenburg

All time classic and man its closing in on being 100 years old. Wow wow. You should watch Return to Oz; it's totally insane.

Jesse

Kung Pow: Enter the Fist would be goofy as hell for your commentary

Danny Price

When yall mentioned this being possibly the oldest movie dubbed, you made me realize the original Rear Window would make a great dub.
