Surgery recovery (Patreon)

First of all thank you guys so much for all the positivity and good vibes. Had a lil back surgery and some bigger balls put in my nutsack.

My recovery is going really well. Actually a lot better than I thought it would be... Already up and around just gotta take it really easy for a few weeks. 

To those of you out there who sit on a computer chair for 8+hrs a day like I used to - take breaks, and stretch. Alternate between sitting and standing. Invest in a good chair. Sitting too much + weight lifting/sprinting is a recipe for some permanent nerve pain. I had the worst nerve pain down my leg for like 1.5 years and that shits finally all gone. (Also if you have any kind of radiating, dull aches, stabbing pains down any of your limbs, get an MRI asap. Don't mess around with chiropractors. For the longest time I thought this was just a leg muscle strain from jogging and I made it worse overtime.) The last straw was that the last few weeks I would get stabbing pains from laughing - after that I was ready to go in. Was kinda insane how instantly after I woke up from surgery I can tell that nerve pain was just GONE. What a difference man.

I will be able to record probably way sooner than expected so this shouldn't slow me down anymore. Can't sit/stand for too long at a time so for our livestream I'll probably pop in and out. These new HUGE balls are totally awesome too!
