A movie commentary suggestion: the Crank series. Crank 1 is pretty wild but somewhat grounded, still a fun time. Crank: High Voltage is absolute insanity, real-life Looney Tunes typa shit. It's solid gold and so dub worthy.

Fartooloud

I want more Dwayne the rock Johnson.

jonathan barringer

Godzilla vs king Ghidorah 1991 would be a GREAT movie dub for y’all! Whenever you’re able to have Godzilla and an effeminate terminator in one movie. It’s hard not to laugh haha

ATOMIC CHORIZO

The jaws movies are great for dubbing.

Daniel Deveau

Any advice on combining dubs and the original videos? I've rewatched Creepshow + your dub a good dozen times now, and I'm tired of syncing! I think I need a permanent portal to the weeb world!

Oliver Mayo

American Ninja, blind Fury and crank... 😁😁😁. Hope you Boyz are good

Scrambles

1000 Ways to Die would be good for dubs. It has good dramatizations.

llama

For a good Halloween dub check out Lost Tapes that aired on Animal Planet years ago. Just like Sex sent me to the ER, It has actual people describe their experiences and have actors reenact in a cheesy found footage style. Stories about Bigfoot, Mothman, etc. Season 1 and 2 are on YouTube. Also Godzilla Final Wars is free right now on crackle! The most action packed Godzilla movie to date! Its like Star Wars, The Matrix, and Godzilla had a baby.

KotoKojima

Are you guys going to dub more Jackie Chan movies like Mr. Nice guy, The Medallion, The Tuxedo, or Shanghai Knights?

John jahames

Suggested this a few weeks ago but spaceballs would be a fun commentary track also this all sounds really good excited to see what y’all make of this game in the future

JizzleDoops

Funny enough Pikmin 4 of all things is probably the biggest July release so doing a "first look" stream for that could be interesting. It's always funny seeing peoples' first experience with those games and how they work. Oh and Viewfinder is actually a July indie game to keep an eye on. There's a demo out now and it seems super interesting, similar to Portal in a way.

GalacticBrice

Tim Burton has a ton of good movies to watch around Halloween time. Everyone knows Nightmare Before Christmas and Corpse Bride and all of those which are great of course, but movies like Beetlejuice, Mars Attacks, Sweeney Todd, and Sleepy Hollow never fail to get me into the Halloween spirit. Beetlejuice would definitely make for a perfect commentary for Halloween

tristin hfdkud

ALIENS ! more talks about aliens and cryptids

Andrew J Marchand

I second American Ninja. Pure 80's cheese. The sequel is great too. It's like Bloodsport mixed with a ninja movie.

Kumar Kutliev

Willow, Twisted Pair, Batman movies, and Last Dragon are ones I go back to day in, day out. Also, LOTR and Harry Potter highlights would draw people in.

Mario

I remember you showing me that dog concept art back in Twitch Con 2018!

Kumar Kutliev

I’m a 3D lighter and shader, finished college but not in the industry yet. Made some bare-bones games in Unreal, and a lot of 3D artwork. What I wanna say may be basic, but it might be good food for thought: Coding can be arduous. Learning to code can be easy as watching tutorials, but then you get stuck, especially in doing specialized things. It’s almost easier to pay a bit of money to a “consultant,” who knows this better than you, to assist you in the parts that get you stuck. You can have a zoom call, explain the existing code and intention, and let them weave their magic. Another note from my college experience: take the art completely out of it. If you’ve watched the Gamemaker’s Toolkit videos, you’ll see he has to design the maps in tandem with tweaking the mechanics. Simple abilities and platforms he is working with, but you get so much more game content out when you can just experiment and tweak without worrying about the art. Then, once everything is in, put in the artwork.

Blaaik Blackwolf

more wack cheese movies, like Miami Connection, Hollywood Cop and Riki-Oh. Don't get it twisted, my fave movies are T2 and Predator, and your commentaries changed my life... but Wizard of Oz/ Fast n Furious? show us the goods, fellas! American Rickshaw, Human Prey, Cynthia Rothrock movies are all good places to look! Sip dat Scisurp

Steven Ramirez

Blood In commentary was top tier! Don't worry about that! Love the content boys thank you for everything! Another Disney Channel movie would be dope. Brink! would be a great one because its just a bunch of California kids dealing with inline skating drama.

Biscuits

I would have figured you guys would have tried to make a mega man style game with you guys as playable characters with different move sets and special abilities

Dan

Would be awesome to see T2 for a commentary highlight. Some good bad 80's movies for a commentary or maybe just bad Litte Monsters 1989, The Dirt Bike Kid 1985.

SkrogNoSkrog

Road House is and will always be my absolute favorite commentary track from you guys. A highlights reel of that would be gold.

SentientTractor

Would be awesome to continue the alien theme by playing Alien Isolation and the new Alien Dark Descent game.

Oliver Mayo

Moonwalker the Michael Jackson movie. Would be amazing dub. And you could see AI Michael Jackson in all its glory. Wacky Michael

Hank Greenburg

You guys gotta do "Maniac Cop". It's on Prime right now and has Bruce Campbell in it.

Brian

I gotta have a Super Dee Dee plushie! I heard good things about junipercreates.com for specialized merchandise like that.

jaboodydubs

oh there's plenty of Johnson to Dwayne..

jaboodydubs

We are aiming to do a highlight about once a month / month and a half with heavy editing. It's not possible for us to provide an entire movie though. There are quite a few patrons who "find" *COUGH* their own copy of the film and render it out with our commentary baked into the film for their own enjoyment.

jaboodydubs

Yes! Was just looking at episodes of this.

jaboodydubs

Beetle does sound like it would be worth doing!

jaboodydubs

Love us some aliens. There's a lot of good stuff coming out in the news we could discuss more here and there.

jaboodydubs

Those are some heavy hitters right there. Gonna add these to the list of potential highlights. Really feeling Last Dragon.

jaboodydubs

DUDE!! Omg hahah Mario you remember that shit?! That was a WHILE back man. After a few drinks I pull out the sketch book files hahaha - I think you are gonna like the new idea we got cookin!

jaboodydubs

Yo Kumar thanks for the words of advice. Ultimately the question came to myself as - what do I want to do more of... art... or managing a project and people/employees (making games ended up leading down the latter road). My respect for game devs skyrocketed after going down this rabbit hole and asking friends in the industry for advice. My gut wants to mostly focus on art so we switched gears and have some semi-animated cartoony stuff in the works you guys should be able to see in due time!

jaboodydubs

She's so smart its deceiving at times hahah

jaboodydubs

Great recommends. We got good stuff cookin my dude!

jaboodydubs

omg yeah I almost forgot about Smart House. Good idea!

jaboodydubs

Would be fun! That idea had crossed our minds at a certain point.

jaboodydubs

I've seen T2 recommends a lot. Might have to toss it in an edit and see how it holds up.

jaboodydubs

A personal fav right there. Gonna take a look at it in an edit and see how she goes.

jaboodydubs

Brian thanks for the recommendation - I'll have to check them out. We have been wanting to look for more specialized GOOD QUALITY merch ideas for some time I gotta shop around for stores and outlets that are reliable.

Mario

Haha sure do! It's awesome to see the progress you're making!

Daniel Deveau

Oh I totally understand the constraints you guys work under, no worries there. Me and my partner are just big enough fans that we might as well put in the work for our own personal enjoyment. There's only so many times you can sync up the same movie before just wanting to do it permanently.

Gabriel Rodriguez

Water world would be great. The most expensive flop from the 90s.

Actually A Chad

I just watched jaws last night and was thinking the same thing

Actually A Chad

Commentary idea... Maybe old Brendan Fraser movies... Monkey bone, blas from the past, bedazzled

Actually A Chad

I'd love to see more Pops exclusive stuff. Man is my spirit animal 😎

DoomedKnight

As a Latino was so GODAMN EXCITED you guys did Blood In Blood Out, its in my top 5 movies of all time awesome commentary me, my brother and cousin watched it along with you guys and we love that you loved it, Vatos Locos Forever!
