Tim Burton doin his thing! Crazy to find out Keaton improved 90% of his dialogue... and that Beetlejuice himself is only in the movie for like 20 mins. Enjoy!

Such a classic! Great Tim Burton delivering them Halloween vibes, Michael Keaton going NUTS with his performance, Alec Baldwin wasn't shooting people. Simply amazing! Bravo, boys!

This was one of my late dad’s favorite comedies. RIP Dad. Thinking of you when listening to this.

Boys I can not stress this enough, look up the movie Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead

I didn't want to get sappy but today is the 3 year anniversary of the oldest brothers death and Beetlejuice was one of his favs, so it feels fitting to watch this today.

SpokeLee

Just got back from seeing this at a dolby theater.

this is my fav Tim Burton movie and quotable to this day,the way he said about the exorcist is true and hilarious,I can see why Michael Keaton considers this his fav one and ad-libing the F word is brilliant lol, also Alec baldwin hated his role from the movie, the Day-O dance scene is iconic, strange and funny, the effects are nice and practical, and they are making a sequel which comes out next year September 6,2024 and newcomer from wednesday and scream 5 herself Jenna Ortega and Willem Dafoe as an addition to the sequel too and I can’t wait to see it,and yes the real estate dad guy is the villain from howard the duck and the creepy principal from Ferris bueller and young winoa ryder that became famous for stranger things and other Johnny depp projects, tim burton’s worst movie tho was the Alice in wonderland movie remake which was boring and soulless

ca

I asked and you delivered! thank you guys been waiting a long time for this one

Daylight come an' me wan' go home

So is it implied that the girl went through with killing herself? Beetlejuice himself was really entertaining and the couple had great chemistry, but yeah the music numbers just kinda unsettle the vibe. Sandworm is so random too. This movie really makes me think that Keaton would have been a better joker than batman.

Dane Blythe

She was clearly able to go to school and isn't limited to the house, so I assume she is alive. I take it that either she and the ghosts do the posession from the dinner party thing for fun. Or because she already had the rare trait of interacting with the dead, now that she's spent so much time with them and has presumably read the handbook, plus the brush with Beetlejuice, maybe she has figured out how to use some ghostly powers herself.

Dane Blythe

This is such a great movie, hard to believe they cover that much ground in under 90 minutes and spend quite a lot of it on wacky fun. They answer basically zero questions about the afterlife, but it still feels like a real established world and system. It leaves you wanting to know more, but not needing to.

Kumar Kutliev

Glad I'm not the only one who doesn't know what to make of the movie. The practical effects are great, Michael Keaton is awesome, but the rest of the movie got quite boring. Your commentary rocks, though.

Vincent Garcia

I have to say that i totally agree with Jus and Pops. I never got the nuance and the appreciation for what this movie really is until i became an adult. Im watching this for the first time in like 18 years and i can fully say this is a classic! Loved it and loved the commentary!

Steven Ramirez

An older commentary, but wasn't the Day Oh song one of the older memes from this channel? Idk why but it reminds me of some speak pipes sound a fan left you guys one time. I feel old saying that lol
