Whew, going back to my greyscale roots to fully envision this scene

I thought this page would be simple but it ended up being complex. Properly conveying the scale of the tower is difficult, so I ended up using birds, ships, and clouds to try and ground it in the viewer's mind

Added some more details! there's an aquaduct between the tower and the rice terraces in the mountains, marinas at the base where the tower meets the sea
