The time has finally come. A new year deserves a proper surprise!

You can download the Alpha version of the game from the attached .zip file 🎉

This Alpha includes a fully functional chess engine, a CPU opponent with adjustable difficulty, and of course, our signature undressing mechanic. 💋

The Alpha is now available and runs on both Windows and Mac here:

Mac users:

When launching the game for the first time, macOS will ask for permission.

Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down to the Security section, and click Open Anyway. This will allow the game to run normally from then on.

I'm getting a "media file not found" error when I try to download either version.

Congrats on first release! Figured I'd give my initial thoughts on the alpha: - All of the UI and SFX elements look very nice - i like how snappy moving the pieces feel and I didn't encounter any bugs in the few games i played - the biggest thing I'm missing from a gameplay perspective is the ability to drag/drop pieces rather than clicking the piece then the square (and maybe premoves) - having the minimum ELO 1320 seems pretty steep especially if the player is a beginner (also not sure what exactly the skill level slider does. maybe it just makes the AI blunder more?) - a full screen mode would also be nice Obviously theres a lot of stuff missing since its the first alpha, but everything that's there looks good so far. Looking forward to future updates!
