New: Patreon Shop (Patreon)

Some of you may have noticed a new SHOP tab on my page. As of this week, Patreon now has a 'storefront' feature, allowing me to sell standalone books to people who may not want to get a subscription, or to upgrade their subscription.

As subscribers (if you're reading this, you're a subscriber), you are welcome to use this feature--though depending on your tier, it may be somewhat redundant. If you subscribe to my hung-tier, you already have access to every book in the shop. As subscribers to the other tiers, you will already have access to a great deal of them.

But for subscribers of those lower tiers who are hesitant to upgrade but are still interested in one or two books only available to higher tiers... this is a good option for you! And, of course, the readers who don't want to join a subscription service to read books, this is for them too.

Books in the shop are priced at $3 because that's the lowest option Patreon allows. So if you plan on reading more than a few each month... well, you're still much better off subscribing.

Patreon Exclusives will continue to only be for subscribers.

Contest content and exclusive news and updates will continue to only be for subscribers

Nicole C. titles will continue to be exclusive to Amazon

I really hope that, as subscribers, you don't feel that I'm giving away content that was previously exclusive to you. As subscribers, you are getting loads more content than anyone making standalone purchases--not just in books but access to contests, influencing stories, etc. I am honestly just trying to stay afloat right now after my titles being removed from Amazon in September. All audiobooks associated with my banned books were removed from Audible in January. I've lost over a quarter of my Patreon subscribers since the Amazon ban as well and am losing more each month. I really don't know what's driving readers away, but if you have an idea--please let me know.

It will be a long process of putting books up into the new storefront. There are still HUNDREDS of books I need to reformat and publish to Patreon. On that note, please, in the comments, let me know which books you're dying to have access to here and I can prioritize making those books available sooner, both to subscribers and to readers interested in using the shop feature.
