Arielle's journey through the Arcane Academy won't be a solitary one. She'll cross paths with many influential individuals, some offering help, others presenting temptation, and all playing a part in her descent. Today, I want to introduce you to some of the key people she'll meet in the world!

The Corvane FamilyFirst, we have Sevrin Corvane, the son of a certain powerful Arch Mage. You'll be seeing a lot of Sevrin around the academy, as he's a fellow student. Let's just say his interest in Arielle is... more than academic.

Family and AlliesWe also have Lord Alastair Valemont, Arielle's father. A nobleman doing his best to hold his family together in a time of political turmoil, his desperate love for his daughter may just be the very thing that puts her in the most danger.

The Townsfolk of RunehavenWhen Arielle needs to earn her keep, she'll find herself in the nearby town of Runehaven, interacting with its residents. There's Tobin Farrow, the owner of the magic shop, who offers practical work for a young mage-in-training.

For those evenings when she needs a different kind of work, there's Ulric Dane, the stoic tavern keeper. He's the gatekeeper to a world of public exposure and social humiliation, but only for those who have... shed their inhibitions.

And finally, we have Madame Yvette Florin, the discerning owner of the local clothing shop. She'll be providing Arielle with new outfits as her tastes and reputation begin to evolve. She always has just the right thing for any occasion, no matter how scandalous.
