Hey everyone,

Work at the day job has been absolutely relentless this week, which has put me behind on the game. So this week’s bonus scene is a bit simpler than usual: just some good old fashioned, bent-over-a-desk fun in Malrick’s office. 😈

🛠️ Behind the Scenes: A Resolution Question

The main thing worth talking about on this one is quality vs. length.

Right now I can generate at 1080p for about 12 seconds. Push past that and it overloads my VRAM, which spills data over into standard RAM and significantly increases generation time. ⏱️

So here’s the trade-off I keep running into:

🎞️ 1080p, 12 seconds — sharper, but short📼 720p, 20-25 seconds — softer, but more room to actually tell the moment

Which would you rather have? Does the extra sharpness matter to you, or would you take the longer scene at lower resolution? I’d genuinely love to hear where you land on this. 👇

🗓️ Update Timing

The next update is close, but I’m going to be realistic: it’s likely coming later in the weekend rather than the Friday estimate I gave earlier. Thanks for bearing with me.

As always, thank you so much for your support. These weeks are a lot easier knowing you all have my back. 💜

i Morrak—thanks again for your work. I have to admit I’d appreciate longer scenes, but image clarity is a real asset, too. Both your projects really stand out from other titles thanks to the quality of the visuals—something you don't often find even in highly rated, heavily marketed games. If possible, I’d suggest posting two short, 5–10 second clips (the specific subject—Arielle or otherwise—doesn't matter) showing both modes so we can get a clearer idea of the difference. Thanks a lot, and have a great day.
