I wasn't going to watch this, but since it was officially released I figured it was ok.It was great seeing the guys together again. I wish we could have seen Jin, but I guess the military doesn't allow it.

I think RM was emotional because he was supposed to leave with j-hope. He said it on a wlive. He had to postpone it because he’s still working on his album. I already miss Hobi.

Yeah, while enlisted they can't engage in outside "work" and the Bangtan Bombs are a part of their jobs as BTS.

Jin was able to upload pictures on his personal Instagram account, and they also uploaded the pictures with him on the BTS twitter account, but he's not allowed to film content for Bangtan TV because that's the company and is considered work. The monthly check ins that are being released with him in them are fine because they were recorded before he enlisted, but he can't film anything new, which is why they couldn't physically show him and even muted his voice.

Once again they never EVER have to share these private moments with us but they do! Army and bts are close knit like one big family and i'll never take these moments for granted. I'm thankful they trust us. Bangtan hugs are the best hugs. Hugs filled with so much love, comfort, and warmth. You can really feel how much they treasure each other. Jimin definitely gives out the best hugs i'm sure, that boy is extremely affectionate and so intune with human emotions. It's really sweet seeing how jin could not miss the opportunity to send off his dongsaeng, his brother, his beloved member, to the military. Truly the best older brother. Namjoon was emotional.. clearly tearing up. Seeing his fellow 94 liner be sent off, seeing any of his beloved members for that matter leaving must be difficult, he's the leader, this is a team he's built and guided since teenage years. I can't imagine how the boys feel. Of course our sunshine hobi continues to never lose his smile. Sending lots of hugs. 💜

I wouldn’t be surprised if they are not monetizing his monthly check-ins too.

I have a theory that Hobi will be the most popular guy at his base. It’s impossible not to love him. And guys really dug his JITB album. It did a lot to boost his popularity with male fans.

Jin is absolutely thriving it seems. In many ways this is part of growing up and getting to live mostly outside the bubble being idols has put them in. It’s hard but necessary step and they can be so proud when they finish. I hope for the best and consider who they all are they likely will thrive like Jin is. It’s still hard but I appreciate they show us the hard parts of their lives not just the smiles but model everything from positive physical affection to civic responsibility. My esteem for them just grows. May we each find our own ways to thrive while they are serving.

so glad you reacted to this. it was just so sweet and i cried when RM cried because he rarely do. i only seen him cry a few times on stage and at festa. and the army there and media said Jimin cried in the car back home. but i bet they all did. it´s so sad
