Update (Patreon)

I haven't done a proper update post in awhile. There's only three chapters left of Forgotten for a Reason, unless I for whatever reason decide to draw it out a little longer, though I don't see that happening.

When Forgotten is over, that would leave me with Taming and Danmachi as the last two active stories. Now Danmachi is something I've worked on for over a year now, off and on, so I have no problem putting that story in the polls. It's going to be a long story because of all the women the Amazons would need to get to. There's probably at least thirty more chapters of that left.

For Taming, I would say that I could end it in five chapters, or in fifteen. I have the general idea of it all plotted out, but none of the exact details for it. I'm leaning towards putting it in the polls with Danmachi and treating it as an ongoing project. I'd rather write it here and there, instead of forcing myself to write it. I'm not particularly drawn to the subject matter itself.

What happens after Forgotten then if you're putting those stories in the polls?

There's two projects I'm working on right now, one of them I can't say much about. It might get abandoned, might not. But that's later on in the year stuff. The project I can talk about is that major story I ran a poll on earlier.

I'm past the main hurdle of it, which honestly was a matter of convincing myself to not overthink something most people don't care about. So I'm on the writing it stage. However I want to a lot of it before posting the first chapter. The reason is simple, I want to get far enough ahead so that I can have it make sense looking back through it all.

It was a problem that I ran into with Unfortunate Impulses, where I wrote as I was going. So certain ideas or themes were forgotten about, or completely unexplored. I also didn't have the liberty of getting further into a plot point, and being able to realize it didn't fit, and go back to rework it. Seeing as I want to take it more seriously than anything else I've made. So with all that said, I'm going to be taking two weeks off after Forgotten is done. Two weeks off of story posting that is. The poll winners will still be done twice a week, you will still get content. Now, without further ado, meet the main star of the story I'm working on.

Vessara Valerian is her full name, though most people call her Vesper or Ves. The last name may change, but I'm pretty set on Vesper. She's got quite a journey to go on, and I can't wait to show you all.
