Personal Updates:

I'm back in regular therapy and starting an intensive trauma-focused program. 

The BF is out of the country at the moment so I have more time to myself and have been enjoying the gym again for the first time in awhile. 

Although I'm working way more than I prefer, I was able to geta night off in order to rejoin roller derby. Turns out playing roller derby is kinda like riding a bike. A very sadistic bike.

My personal life is... not ideal. Then again, what personal life is? I will say this, there's a special place in hell just for my mother.
