michael's super power is making you feel so sad for him even though he can be such a jerk. and i think it comes down to the fact that he truly means well, he's a good guy, he just misses the mark sometimes. he's very naive in many ways, like when he made his username "littlekidlover" because he doesn't see what's wrong with that😭
