Have you seen the live action? A lot of people don't like it for various reasons but I thought it was great for the most part. Hopefully you can get to that too if not 😄

Syd

I don’t think they ever say the beasts name in this but his name is Adam. His name was revealed later when Disney started doing merchandise for the film.

rewatching these as an adult always makes me wish I could experience the innocence of watching for the first time all over again lol

love this classic! it's so nostalgic for me and belle was one of my role models as a little girl. also loved the live action even though it's a little polarizing. i think it pays homage to the original pretty well, it has a beautiful soundtrack, and it's visually stunning! i think you would like it!

Ashlyn

You should watch the live action! It’s my favorite live action adaptation!

I LOVE Gaston's song haha . It's so catchy and fun. The townspeople who are singing the song value very surface level things considering they think Belle is so peculiar for reading so much, so I never really thought any of the "compliments" towards Gaston had any real value. In fact, I feel like the song is in a way sort of making fun of Gaston for the viewer/listener, so I have never felt conflicted enjoying it!
