New book, new act and Patreon Update: (Patreon)

Dear readers,

With an upcoming chapter that will be posted exactly 24 hours from now, we’ll be officially stepping into a completely new book (Act 3) of the story. I’m incredibly excited to continue this journey with you.

Because of this new beginning, I also want to be transparent about a change on my Patreon. With the start of this book, the Patreon benefits have been updated:

The basic tier ($6) now provides 9 chapters ahead (up from initial 5 for the same price), which is roughly 3 weeks ahead of the Royal Road or unpaid schedule.

The higher tier ($12) provides 18 chapters ahead, or about 6 weeks in advance.

Scratch that. That was what I planned, but I decided to offer even more:

The basic tier ($6) now provides 12 chapters ahead (up from initial 5 for the same price), which is roughly 4 weeks ahead of the Royal Road or unpaid schedule.

The higher tier ($12) provides 24 chapters ahead, or about 8 weeks in advance.

In addition, there’s a small vanity benefit for supporters of the higher tier: when the story is eventually released in a proper book format, their names will be included in a thank-you note in that release (with the obvious exception of blatantly ragebaiting names).

If you’d like to read ahead and support my writing at the same time, this is currently the only way to do that and I’d be genuinely happy to welcome any of you there.That said, if you prefer reading purely for free or on Royal Road, that’s absolutely fantastic too. Your presence in both places already means a lot to me.
