Update October 6 and I have reach a settlement I consider fair, essentially what I would have asked to build this thing in the first place, and are discussing some new work going forward. I consider the matter satisfactorily closed and am grateful to all. Cheers!

Update October 5: Artstorm reached out via DM wishing to resolve the issue amicably, I ofc am replying in the affirmative and waiting to see what they propose. I will keep this updated. Thanks for the support, gang!

Lets just say Im very very thankful for you guys, because even setting aside AI consuming all our work this is the type shit im dealing with: two completely different dev teams stole my design and added it to their games...... that has to be a new record
