Sheva dressed up for the upcoming holiday. Its also by chance that I chose two African characters for this swap. I could try putting Elena in Sheva's outfit, but that looks like a pain with all of Sheva's outfit pieces. Either way Sheva looks great in this outift. The jewelery is a bit of a pain to pose, but I guess I should've just fused them to their location so that it wouldn't warp during posing.
